REC Primary School Roof & Toilets Refurbishment – June 2021

The REC Mountain Rural Primary School in Regent was the first school that we supported way back in 2007 and we have been supporting the school ever since. The REC Primary is located at the St Charles Church compound and with your support we have sent school items, we refurbished the school roof in 2012 and we have built an extension building for the Junior Secondary School (2017) and built the only Senior Secondary School in Regent at the site (2021).

High winds and torrential rains ripped the school roof apart on the 19th May 2021 and we set up an urgent appeal to raise funds to repair the roof. We managed to raise enough funds to repair the roof and refurbish the latrines blocks and also paint the whole school building which is fantastic news !! Thank you !!
